It's in the little spot on the right corner of the helmet. The eye thing or somekind of that. If you have visor paint, it changes the color.

Military Police is quite bad. By the way, does anyone know how do you get EVA [C] helmet? Is it a totally another helmet than the normal EVA, or do you get it after buying everything to the standard EVA and by having your rank on Lt. Colonel and also for paying 120k credits?
