If you have all this proof backed by your ISP then it’s time to contact the FBI, it’s there job not Bungie’s.

ooooooorrrr...you could VERY easily get their ip's and with that get their personal information from their ISP and THEN a quick dark web search makes things very interesting. just saying. not that I would do anything like that...
