  • Hello, the above steps did not work. I just tried to access your website on my PlayStation and after I logged in I got a message that states Access Denied you do not have permission to access (a very long link which I’m not typing out by hand on my phone)

  • I am said brother in this post. Last night i was able to connect to destiny 2 on his ps4 but not mine. Tried an hour later couldn't connect on either ps4's. So uhhh whats up with that? All the other games that i play online i can connect without an issue. If there was a phone # for you guys i promise i would be blowing it up. This has been going on all week that i couldnt play. If you guys were doing maintenance then i'd be more understanding to the servers being unavailable. Though all week and no word as to why!? C'MON MAN. Also understand that there are some users on xbox who are having the same problem.

  • Other games are on dedicated servers. Speeds mean nothing in regards to destiny. It could be a wire. Your router or even your isp. Did you run destiny while on the phone with your provider?

  • Did you even bother to read what I wrote? I am in the US, central Florida. I have done all of the steps listed, still no dice. I do want to report that on Wednesday I was able to connect and play but that was short lived. The very next day and today I am getting the same error message. While I was able to play and connect my brother who is on the same network as me was not able to connect and play. From a networking standpoint that makes zero sense. I have a 300mbs connection and a gigabit router so my connection is not an issue. Ball is in your court bungie.

  • I'm having the same issue now. I was able to get on and play last night, but today nothing.... I'm going to make a separate post as well for added visibility.
