I got my Luna's at around 3800. When I tell you having to consistently outgun Luna's without Luna's(against players actually decent with it), and requiring it to be a headshot kill even if you didn't need a headshot to finish them off, it's a very unpleasant experience.
I ended up just switching to Ace and outranging them to compete. It really helped. The gun's worth it, but Not Forgotten is even more busted.

Yup that was my pain for my 10 hours of grinding, bout to do another 2 or so hours to finish up the Precison kills and be done. Yeah, outgunning Luna's withing 50 feet is pretty much impossible, you can only 'outskill' or 'outrange' it. Your statistically out matched every time you go against it though, especially since the maps are so small and hallway filled, the maps force you into gunfights and you just die. Comp is infuriating right now, I'm not sure how no one's really talking about the balance of this game. I know people are scared of Bungie nerfing everything into the ground again, but some balancing could really be done.

Giving pvp greats a further edge is a weird concept . I notice the one vs ones in rumble are dominated by the howl.
