if they nerf flinch then anyone will be able to headshot someone while they are being shot at. snipers are easy enough to use dont make them even easier.

Says snipers are easy to use has shot guns equipped on all characters
-
because I can't get a 53 kill game with a sniper.
-
So you ape with a shot gun
-
sniping is boring and slow. so yes I do.
-
There’s a thing called aggressive sniping
-
Which only exists when players take advantage of inadequate flinch, which is what most people against the current flinch want. Aggressive sniping is using the weapon in a way that is unintended. Your taking advantage of a 1HK weapon that can be affective in all ranges giving it more versatility than it should have. The function of sniping should only be effective at med to long ranges. Otherwise why have any other weapons in the game. This is what happened in Y2 of D1 and it was fixed because Bungie understands all of the above.
-
Although this is true, majority of snipers have very small Range Stats for some reason. If you ever try to snipe down the whole entire outside lane of Midtown, you'll immediately notice Snipers (atleast on console) struggling incredibly to register shots you had your cursor on. - So statistically. Snipers actually do point towards aggressive play, unfortunately.
-
Then fix the shot registration. Making snipers easier to use is a band-aid that will break pvp. Aggressive sniping is only viable in 2 ways: - When sniping is too easy and has no counters (Y2 D1) - To the extremely skilled who can do it despite normal and efficient counters.
-
Sounds like your just bad and use sniping is to slow and boring as an excuse to ape
-
Lol. Same lame excuses people use for this argument. Has nothing to do with ability and everything to do with exploiting a weapon.
-
Why is that? Because Shotguns have extreme ease of use. Shotguns don't flinch much. When you get shot, you aren't slowed. There are no drawbacks to use a Shotgun. But with a Sniper, near every quirk of the gun matters. If a Sniper doesn't have Range, it'll struggle with bullet registration at far distances (even though Snipers are intended to be long range weapons...). If a Sniper doesn't have enough Handling, your ADS'll be so slow you'll be forced to rely upon Hip-Fire RNG to even have a chance to defend yourself. - Snipers, in my opinion don't need Flinch reduction. They need better stats in general to hold up to what they're intended for.
-
snipers are risk free. if you miss a shot you just unpeak. miss a shot with a shotgun and your dead.
-
Not true at all. With TTK being rather fast and bullet magnetism being very prevalent, simply getting back into cover is wildly inconsistent. - And if you miss a shot with a shotgun, majority of people use Full Auto. :/ So if you're choosing to not use Full Auto, that's on you.
-
First of its you’re Second off try to snipe and get most kills in a game with a sniper I bet you can’t

Why would you want to? That's not why the weapon is used. So you want less flinch to stay pad? Help us understand.
