Um no. Many times I out at least 2 bursts of my broadsword (which has high cal) and they still snipe me in the head. Most likely unflinching sniper aim but you don’t need less sniper flinch if that can happen already with unflinching

It's because how they designed flinch. If you're off target, flinch actually pulls you closer to the target.
