Any idea what this is? Tried googling it, let me to this post.. Same things happeing here, had two different instances with different pubs with a broken well so far.

I've seen around that maybe it's been caused by 2 people trying to put one in at the same exact time? I don't know. I guess its still fairly new and bound to break a bit ey

Nevermind!! Just read today's patch notes: "Fixed an issue where the Blind Well could become locked if multiple players tried to activate it at once" I think this is the one! :P
