That is because blade barrage throws to where you are going to.
If you use a dodge like blink or dodge or warlock fire floof it will miss easily.

You can slightly curve blade barrage if you turn your camera during the throw the first hand that throws knives will land where you were looking when activating it but the second will spread to where the camera is turned to

Precisely. I just wish people would look for counters and experiment instead of crying for nerfs.

I noticed this on day 1. I thought it would miss a lot in pvp. But i guess most people dont know its biggest weakness. 😂
