I was driving on my sparrow with the scatter horn cloak and the cloak flew off my back

If you're driving so fast your cloak flies off you need to slow down there buck-a-roo.

Yup! It happened to me too. Like, every time I drive on my sparrow. Oh and even I'm not on 3th-Person view, I HEAR my cloak folding up. That's some mental bug man.
