Upvote if you DON'T use Sleeper while invading in Gambit

To those who DON'T use Sleeper, you have my respect.

I use the Thousand Voices... I don't even have to hit the enemy with that and I get 3 shots with a heavy brick.

I like using tractor cannon. Even when invading. Does A lot better than you think if you plan your engagements.

I use it, but sniping the enemies while invade is just easier. I only use sleeper on a guardian if they activate a super. Sorry if this makes anyone angry, but I love my spartan laser.

3 RepliesTried sleeper last night for the first time in gambit, killed 3 of the 4 enemy team across the map without really even aiming. The only reason I didn't get the 4th guy was cause he was hiding in the cave and the timer ran out before I could get to him. Sleeper is so easy street it should be called Colony 2. Felt so shameful using it, I'm not going to use it again.

4 RepliesI use scout rifles when I invade/defend in Gambit. Like watching my targets scurry around trying to locate me only to get knocked in the head 4 times. Half of my army of one medals I only used a scout rifle. Don’t need to ruin people’s day with easy mode weapons.

If I feel like I have to use a certain weapon to win then that defeats the purpose of playing for me. Haven't used sleeper once and don't intend to.

3 RepliesTbh it depends on my mood. I find rockets a lot easier to use and more reliable than sleeper. But I feel like I’m doing crap damage without sleeper. Still don’t have a rocket with tracking/cluster. My best is tracking/kill clip which I find really good for invading. Sleeper is for if I need to cover multiple positions since it’s so versatile. I see a lot of people criticizing sleeper tho saying it’s OP. I’m glad the aim assist is being reduced but with tracking rockets u barely even have to aim so I’m not sure how using a rocket makes one “more skilled” than someone with sleeper

I hardly ever use heavy when invading, sometimes I use a grenade launcher but I’d rather save my ammo for primeval. I usually use my bygones(thing is nasty) or some scout usually my Distant Relation or Vouchsafe.

While I can use sleeper I like my prospector grenade launcher, and there are other plenty other meaningful choices to pick from.

Does it count if use Sleeper to kill invaders, but not when I invade? For clarity, I use a primary sniper when I invade, found it more useful.

Rocket launcher with tracking and cluster every time. I can wipe the enemy on a good day and its good on adds and bosses. On my way to my third Legendary ranking which is a lot of games and I know its not Sleeper that's the problem. Stupid team mates standing in the open not listening to the audio cues is the problem.
