Upvote if you DON'T use Sleeper while invading in Gambit
Self Explanatory:
To those who DON'T use Sleeper, you have my respect.

I like the Tarantula nowadays on my Titan. Sometimes the Gambit launcher with tracking. Sleeper feels cheap.

Get this straight, not using sleeper doesn’t make you better, if you don’t want to use it then don’t but stop pretending you’re staging some sort of protest by using a worse weapon on purpose and dragging your team down in the process, stuff a hobo’s turd in your mouth and stfu loser.

I use Sleeper, but I dont invade if I'm using it. If a person invades and starts killing my team, then I'll "muh one shot to the body! Too powerful!!" them. That's it though.

Edge transit with proximity rounds is pretty nice. But for nomheavy kills, I just use a 150rpm scout.

Invading without Sleeper is like trying to play against a meta deck with an intro deck in MTG. You're not gonna win unless the other guy is just really really bad.

Ok I'm sorry I had to downvote because I finally got some ammo for the Sleeper and invaded in a match last night. I would feel bad, but being on long losing streaks feels worse. Why do I even care?

Sorry, had to downvote, gosh I feel dirty, j get stuck with blurberrys, the enemy has like a total of 40 unturned in motes, I take sleeper while their team, their back to 30, my team got like 2 motes in that time, I hate spam invading

15 RepliesDon't worry, Bungie is nerfing it for Gambit specifically on the 30th of October. Hopefully this will help people to get better at Gambit, and not just rush for the portal over and over, so they can shoot a guy in the pinky toe and have him evaporated.

4 RepliesPretty much never see anyone not using sleeper when they invade. Only really see someone invade with a different weapon about once every 5 to 10 matches or so. Easy to see why it’s so popular. It’s a OHKO from across the map, you barely have to aim it at them, you can see players flagged bright red through all solid objects and walls as well has how many motes they’re holding, and shots even ricochet and split off. It’s extremely effective.
