Are you going to buy Red Dead Redemption 2? Who's hyped?
A western themed videogame made by the masters of open world gaming - Rockstar Games. It releases on October 26. It's the sequel to the amazing Red Dead Redemption.
In November, when most players know the game's world, Rockstar will launch Red Dead Online. It's kind of like Rockstar's GTA Online, just in a complete different setting (the American wild west of 1899) and more realistic. We won't see flying horses dropping bombs or something like that.
I've been waiting for more than 7 years. I pre-ordered. Can't wait.
I predict it's going to be the game of the year, maybe of the century, if it can top GTA 5/GTA Online.

Personally no, but my cousin is going to because him and my brother think they will enjoy it enough that everything surrounding it won't matter. They're going to play it, and are trying to rope me in for all the dumb crap that we might get ourselves into and what not. You know like heat seeking molotov cocktails.

As much as I love rockstar titles ima have to pass. Bills have been getting a little out of hand lately and I haven’t been able to by anything since around early summer. The last game I bought was FM7 and the last thing I’ve bought on Xbox was a bunch of siege operators(I play the game enough to warrant spending $50 on points to buy a bundle and a few extra characters plus I’m kinda a siege content creator so I wanted to have the better ops)

1 ReplyI really don’t like the old west setting, it is probably my least favorite of all the movie/video game era’s to be in. However its rockstar and the game looks solid AF so I will be grabbing it but I’m not preordering.

33 RepliesGrand Theft Auto V is one of the worst games of all time, as I've barely been capable of playing the disaster. With Grand Theft Auto V also being a product of the 7th generation, it will hopefully be interesting to see what Rockstar has to offer for their very first (and probably only) game of the 8th generation. Red Dead Redemption itself is not an amazing game. I liked it though (mostly for its story), and with this in mind I'm picking up the sequel in a period where the majority of 8th generation video games are all overrated for the most part. Hopefully this game isn't as much a letdown as other open-world games of the 8th generation, including Marvel's Spider-Man, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and of course The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

The game itself looks interesting. As for the online aspect i hope they don't ruin it a few years after release like they did for GTA online.

Not sure atm. Not into the Western genre too much. The game does look amazing, I'll give them that. I think I'll wait and see how the game goes. I'm really leaning towards Fallout 76, but I'm skeptical about that title too.
