Which character? Are you positive it completed all things Red War related?

I'm sure I completed The Red War. The issue is with a level 21 Hunter. I'm unable to see Mercury on the map.

Just saw that it says I didn't complete The Red War - that's weird I'm playing the game after months but I clearly remember killing the final boss. Also There are no indications on what to do next if the story is not complete.

Killing Ghaul wasn’t end of Red War. Look at milestones tab for next step(s).
