I usually play a lot until a content drought occurs. they honestly should have weekly events kinda like the double valor weekend.

Left 6 months ago! Playing fun games now with cool people. So glad I’m away from this community and this brainless and skill less bathing room for mono cellular organisms. When I quit this game, I actually came to realize that it really is an empty shell. AI are really dumb and there actually is very little action tbh! The game goes from ultra easy to dumb hard without transition. The sense of power is totally absent. There is nothing new, it’s just playing the same destiny over and over for years whilst having to grind for the same boring weapons, however downgraded and broken, and be rewarded with uglier and uglier gear every time, in a more and more childish environment. From now on with Disney it’s just gonna get worse. I mean look at the Star Wars series, one tends to assume that it can hardly get worse, but it does every single time!

2 RepliesProbably in some form or another taking breaks here and there. I also love Warframe and started playing that before Destiny was even out. I wanna grind my light levels at reset to try the raid this week but it's gonna be hard knowing that Chroma Prime also drops tomorrow on Warframe.

I'm here
-
I love destiny first game I ever actually grinded
-
Undecided. I'd like to say yes if the game moves forward each DLC, if it ever goes backwards like D2 launch, I don't think I can take that again.

Edited by DarthVader1514: 9/25/2018 1:32:09 AMI leave and I always come back. #destiny4life

1 ReplyProbably will. I've been with Destiny for almost 5 years now, I may as well see it through to the end. Although I will admit I almost gave up on it after Curse of Osiris, had a lot of doubts. But Forsaken renewed some hope.
-
why not? I love Destiny, but hate it when they overthink everything.
-
1 ReplyI’m probably gonna stay with the franchise as long as I can. I love the game, despite its flaws. It feels good to unwind and shoot aliens in the face. Ironically, it’s much more satisfying than games fully dedicated to that.
-
1 ReplyI've come this far... i'll be sticking around to the end. Just not gonna kill myself trying to reach max light. Life comes knocking frequently.
-
Edited by Old Man Pookie: 9/25/2018 12:34:28 AMI'll be here until the end. I love the universe that's been created, and this type of game. It started with Borderlands, now Destiny, and in a few months Anthem. Shooters with rpg elements are the best.
-
Uh uh. I understand that Destiny is what they call now a "lifestyle FPS shooter-looter", but life is too short to give Destiny more investment than it deserves and Bungie more capital than it deserves. Your time & life is more precious than Bungie seems to try to suck it dry.
-
I’m here for better or worse
-
I will, you can't pay for this kind of entertainment :)
-
I'm just taking breaks

1 ReplyHopefully Bungie doesn’t reward prime engram exploiters to have the only shot at beating a raid that 99.9 % of the community can’t even attempt. These successful streamers typically have a team farming the account 24 hours a day. This isn’t a realistic achievement for even above average raiders who need to actually sleep and work. Let alone, not exploit. Things like this just let me know that Bungie will do almost anything to have a bigger twitch presence. Even it means to alienate the potential customers they’re looking to attract. I know you have to do things for business, but there’s a balance to be had.

ive been to invested with this games lore since the dark below to quit now. i need more. i need to see how it ends. heres to the next 5 years, guardian

1 ReplyI had my wife pick up a PS4 for me back in 2014. She called and said "There's a white one with some game called Destiniy." I told here, never heard of it just get the regular one. Wish I could go back. Been hooked since a few months after that.

FIGHT FOREVER GUARDIAN
-
6 RepliesDefinitely. Most fun game I’ve ever played. 4 years down 6 more to go. Bring it on.
-
I'm still a fan of the series. Does not mean I support 6 years of endless bs. I believe in the cause, not the ones leading it
-
9 RepliesForsaken was it, I'm done. No game should be this lost and inconsistant 4 years in. This infusion system was an the last straw for me. Plus, not a single GREAT raid in D2. This one is a just a much harder rehash of the same old mechanics. D2 should have never happened. Just rubbish.

Edited by Scorpio Asc: 9/24/2018 10:19:44 PMLol. Oops posted on the wrong comment. But yea, I’ll be here for as long as I can.

Edited by CookieNiki: 9/24/2018 10:09:07 PMI'll answer you when I start getting exotics dropping from the game, ok? With that in mind, we'll probably talk again around 2020.
