1. Get a Helm with Handcannon targeting
2. Get a chest with Handcannon flinch reduction,
3. Use Nature of the Beast.. (or your preference)

Boots with Hand cannon dexterity too. I liked Crimson myself. Heals and reloads, keeps your up time for getting more headshots. Team shoot, let other people take point and clean up with head shots.
