I did generate the code once and my friend just reclaimed his and I ordered his shirt I don't know why my code isn't getting reclaimed

If the link to reclaim code isn’t there, then that means you never generated a code in the first place on your profile. Otherwise, you would be able to reclaim it.

I did I remember doing it on my phone on the destiny app o didn't scree shot it etc because I thought I could just look at the code again like I did with the previous two shirts so that I could order it later on

That's pretty unfair don't you think ? I grinded for hours to get that code and was waiting to be able to save up enough money to buy it since I'm not in the us it costs more and now I can't get my code even though I earned it ?

Personally, I think you aren’t remembering what happened. I’m able to reclaim my code that was generated prior to deadline(and many other friends & clan mates are as well). If you knew you were planning on using it, then you should’ve screenshot it or wrote it down.

I remember generating the code clearly literally as soon as I got the code voucher thing in game and I didn't feel the need to screenshot it since the previous two shirts I just had to click on the triumphs and my code would pop up there. I would have agreed with you and let it go of I didn't generate the code but I did it the same night I passed the points for the shirt code and picked it up from the statue after seeing it sending me to bungie.net I opened my app and clicked on it and it generated the code for me. How is that fair ?

Well clearly something didn’t take if you cannot reclaim it. Either way, deadline has passed. If it’s not letting you reclaim the code, then you’re out of luck.

Then how is that my fault when I did generate the code ? Just because its bugged out means I can't get what I spent most of my time grinding for ? I think that really unfair and wrong. I've done every single moments of triumph and gotten both the shirts but now I can't get my shirt because it bugged out ?

At this point, your only option is to hope someone has an unused code they will let you use.

Hmm well I've emailed bungie etc of course I'm not telling them to reopen the program but I just want my code it can easily be emailed to me or something, I hope you didn't think I was being ride etc. Thank you for replying though :) let's hope it gets sorted if not well idk then
