So explain to me - how have Scoutrifles been overpowered???
What could possible justify a Scout nerf?

Not scoutrifles. Just in general, SOME nerfs are necessary

I would agree on very few, but yes, some are. My post was directed at this kind of nerf, like nerfing Scoutrifles which I think no one deemed overpowered - and as far as I know- not even telling us... Why? Because you might kill one too many Vex in a strike?
