What I'm saying is, people who have Ace of Spades get this reward, but since you have to get the first one by a certain point in time, my guess is this one will be the same way. Get Ace of spades in a given time frame, get a reward for completing the original quest, and after the reward is no longer available, then they make the quest easier.
