Because of the "Memory fragments" and "Transcripts" that I got on Mars! About five from each and the "Expired Ramen Coupon" kind of contributed to my consumables' inventory getting full. I didn't think much of it because if I ever received something else it would be immediatly sent to the Postmaster. But that's the issue here, I didn't receive the offering when I completed the challenge. It simply vanished.

So you rather have a bunch of junk than an offering? This offering not being pushed has been known for a week. I suggest putting those things in your vault if you really want to keep them.

That's done now but I kind of did it too late so guess I am at fault for not taking the issue seriously. But the fact that this bug exists still remains the main problem here...
