just wanna thank everyone that had some common sense ..
those of you entitled kids that want to infuse everything and masterwork everything , hope you learn the difference between needing something and wanting something.

I didn’t know wanting to infuse my favorite auto rifle with a higher auto rifle I got with a garbage roll using materials that are rare and borderline impossible to farm makes me an “entitled kid.”

Either you’re a troll or you have no idea how game design works. How is forcing people to use different weapons/armor, potentially much worse ones at that, good game design? But no “everyone that disagrees with me is a baby that wants everything for free” whatever

no its just 4-5 days after release youre not supposed to have the best of everything or have anything handed to you ... also you throw the word impossible around so easily , if you been playing since release you can def masterwork an item or infuse a few pieces just by buying a few cores from spider per day .. and using your materials efficiently instead wasting them. bungie shouldnt be blamed for people wasting or not saving up materials.

No one is asking for “the best of everything” handed to them, so stop exaggerating. You act like people want the sky raining exotics. And I have been playing since release kid. Yes spider can sell cores but if you think that’s a reliable way to farm them you are dead wrong. 1-3 cores is enough to infuse a single piece of armor/weapon and it cost a whopping 17 cores to actually masterwork something. Bungie neutered the supply of masterwork cores but lowered masterwork drop rates and [i]neutering[i] them in raids, drove up the demand for them exponentially and thought “yep this is the way things are supposed to be!” Bungie intentionally caused this masterwork starvation so they definitely can be blamed for this and bungie apologists like you are the reason they can keep getting away with screwing over huge chunks of their playerbase.

yea masterworking shouldnt be easily achieved , you dont "need" it to play the game its a luxury not a necessity.

While masterworking is far more tedious, that’s not what most people are complaining about. It’s infusion. Stop dodging the point.

Edited by perdomo1479: 9/11/2018 3:22:56 PMwhy do you have to infuse gear right now ?..you reached 580. 590, 600? also if you bought a few cores from spider everyday you should be able to infuse some pieces into your favorite gear set , again not sure why you would considering noones near level cap , the highest right now is like 541 .... sorry i keep thinking people use common sense.

Because, like I said, I’m not gonna be forced to use a weapon type I don’t like or a weapon with a garbage roll or garbage stats when I can use my much more capable other weapons. Infusing a weapon from 500 to 525 definitely makes sense to me.

Aww, all out of arguments so you gotta tell me to go away? You should probably come up with some decent feedback or go back to licking the devs feet for changes that negatively affect the game. Look at the rest of the feedback posts. There are tons of people who know this change to the core economy is bad. If you really think “everyone else is wrong and I’m right” then you are the delusional customer Bungie loves.

I have masterwork cores and materials, thank you. Just because I have stockpiled some doesn’t mean the majority of players have, and acting like “I can do it so everybody can” is simple-minded. Not everyone wants to no-life this game, especially not with changes like this. And lastly, masterworking is a feature in the game, it is meant for pimping out your favorite weapons. Infusion is a [b]core aspect of the game.[/b] A [b]core aspect of the game[/b] should [b]not[/b] require something as rare/annoying to get as masterwork cores. Not like infusion doesn’t also take a nice chunk of glimmer and destination materials. Masterwork cores on top of that is too much. Period.
