Yep. Completely agree. It only kills Guardians in less than a second in the crucible at basically any range. 100% underpowered.
[spoiler]I haven't tried the super myself, but it is very well powered in Crucible.[/spoiler]

Who said it was about crucible? Often times in PvE you’ll burn down a yellow bar and then kill it with 1/3 of your super left, but cancelling your super makes that 1/3 go away anyways.

Maybe it's a bug carried over from PvP. There is a hotfix tomorrow, so we'll see then.
