Say what you want but Zavala is the leader the city needs. Ikora was wanting to send everyone after Uldren and the barons. After the shit Ghaul just took on the city why you send everything you have to seek revenge.

Not much of a leader or a titan, the hunter vanguard is murdered and he wants to hide and let the murderers do what they want, which would have resulted in a lot more destruction than what happened when we chased them down.

I agree something needed to be done, but to blindly attack full force with no planning is a terrible idea.

Cant say for sure, ive never read too much into the lore but they can't be much of a force if Zavala doesn't want to leave the city in their hands
