Hey so i'm not sure whats going on atm, I've hit a powerful engram soft cap or something but the powerful engrams i'm getting are all dropping roughly 522, 523. I just got a 523 rocket from the Gambit daily. And no, i'm not being held down by my pieces of gear, my lowest is 520 which makes not sense it would hinder me.
