[i]Go to the Light[/i] was released by Murder by Death in 2012. The words have no original significance to the game or it’s lore. That said, it definitely fits the vibe. It also sounds like Bungie saw the critical acclaim Naughty Dog got for the song in the trailer to The Last of Us 2 sung by Ellie and decided to rip it for Foresaken. Not criticizing though, it’s a great choice.

I wasn’t either. Hell there are some songs from back in the day that relate to some games or events in real life. I guess it just fit the bill with Destiny
