Titan Skating (with macros) on PC is getting out of hand
Pls either
- implement a minimum time each boost can be activated (to make macros inefficient) or
- restore D1 Titan skating and make all other classes also faster
Especially with the upcoming changed weapon system, Titan skating with eg shotguns (where munition is always available) won't be fun.
This is a big problem on PC and I see an increasing amount of players using macros for skating in all playlists!
Pls fellow guardians - upvote this post for visibility and Bungie pls let us know that you're aware about that.

I see everyone complaining about Titan skating... I guess no one has found warlock skating yet.

2 RepliesTitan skating should not and should never have been a thing. Any and all ways to exploit the game's mechanics should be addressed and removed. In it's own way, it's no different than the Infinite Nova Bomb exploit. Players using control schemes to exploit how the game functions to gain extra abilities that are not intended.

Welp. PC vet here. I warned the community that this game on PC would be ripe for cheating and exploiting. Another great example.

Should of been addressed a long time ago tbh, the map control they get is ridiculous, went up Vs a few stacks of titan skating nerds in the reddrix grind, beyond ridiculous.

5 RepliesJust out of curiosity im not maining a titan, but i do use macros , on 2 things. On my mouse i have side buttons i use one for class ability and the oher for crouch. My question to the pc veterans out there is this considered cheating. ? If it is my only explanation is that if couldnt map those buttons to my mouse i probably wouldnt be able to make the transition from controller to pc as fast as i have. it would have been to much multi tasking.

1 ReplyUhh macro titan skating is bannable in PvP (or at least was) and you can report them. Normal titan skating is allowed and is simply a benefit of titans. In PvE, well i dont know if its really allowed but who cares, not a big deal.
