Well, when the POTUS routinely lies, insults people on social media, retaliates against anyone who disagrees w him, and funnels our tax dollars into his/his families pockets, everytime he/his family visits their own resorts (which is several times a month btw all of them), I guess that's how we get here. If the leader of our own country acts w/o morals, it's hard to expect other to act differently.

So read several articles about this. Have to say whole situation sounds shady af. I don't know many sexual assualt victims who take a selfie in bed with the person who alledgedly assualted them and then the next day, instead of going to the police, they demand $3.5M from the person. The whole basis for was that the guy was 17 and she was 37. There is no allegation that she she used forced or coercion. Further, a civil settlement btw parties does not negate criminal charges. If a crime was committed, the L.A. DA can still bring charges regardless of a civil settlement. They don't even need a cooperating victim. The thing I find most strange is that people are somehow trying to use this to undercut this movement. I mean we all have mother's, sisters, or others important females in our lives. Is there anyone here who thinks that -blam!- is ok? If so, I strongly urge you to get professional mental help.
