I got all crucible catalysts except mida. It's the only one I won't be trying to get. I haven't had any pve catalysts drop in forever.

You aren't getting it to drop because it only drops from [u]competitive[/u] playlist.

All the more reason not to bother :D Outlaw isn't worth it.

Yeah lol, its such an odd perk to give the fastest reloading scout rifle in the game. I expected it to have triple tap, but maybe that would have been too powerful? MIDA has such good stats, its hard to give it an extra boost, so Bungie chose a perk. But outlaw?
