Never been good at much but choosing the perfect combinations of donuts has always been my specialty.
Like today for example. For my first I went with a raspberry jelly filled with a powder sugar coating. For my second: a maple glazed donut. Not the long john. Simple yet classic.

That first donut was an excellent choice! I am not much for maple flavor, seeing as how that is the symbol for those evil Canadians, for no one can be that nice and not be evil, but there is this one Asian donut place by my house and they have caramel covered donuts and long johns. Just thinking about them is making my mouth water. So right now, you are probably asking why I bring this up. Well I thought they were maple to begin with and she got mad at me and said some very angry things in her language, before giving me one and saying something that later turned out to be caramel, but her English is terrible, so yeah. I do not care about her English or the fact she is older then dirt, those caramel donuts make me want to marry her!

Now that’s a donut I can stand behind. Hope it works out for you and donut samurai.

Me too. I never saw myself falling in love with an old piece of jerky, but I have. I am not sure how to break the news to my current wife, but maybe we can practice polygamy.....

Just blame it on her. Not your fault her pastry skills are weak.

Good point, her pastry skills suck! The rest of her cooking is straight up amazing though.....

See! Trying to talk yourself out of it. Committed now.
