Okay, so if I go for the nightfall for the masterwork two more times I shouldn't have to hit it again for it to count?

Hopefully. Haven't gotten there yet so I can't say for certain.

Tested it out and got a lower score on hunter after getting past the threshold on my titan and it did not count.
