Did you manage to beat the mission with a time remaining of 0:00? If so, this is a known issue and unfortunately you'll have to do the mission again to unlock the Heroic version on your IO map.
Hopefully, you managed to do the mission again before my response however!

Yes it black screened after boss fight and then we were given the gun and something else
