Because the SIVA fallen aren't reskins. They have different weapons, abilities, & sometimes even different crit spots than regular fallen.

Come on man, they were a re-skin... the differences were extremely minimum and the changes implemented were lazy! That being said from what I have seen of the Scorn now, I don't believe they will be a re-skin as the do seem different enough to not be considered as one.

Ok bud! Imo it was a lazy attempt to create a new enemy for us to face, and instead we were left with pretty much a reskin, minus a couple of minor changes! They weren't different enough to to count as a different enemy so yeah reskin...
