Some of the 3rd party sites & videos numbers are not matching to bungie's. One of the users here ( ktmaus ) took the time to make a great cross reference guide. Use your Bungie Triumphs numbers to cross reference here,

I also used this, to my understanding, both #35 and #33 translate to AD#6 and AD#5. But as stated all locations visited with three different guardians. Absolutely no caches on the field, even the tricky ones

Then I would recommend recording a video of your checking each location (all 45) so that we and the devs can see what you are seeing. the reason this is requested is in every instance thus far, there was no bug. If you do have a bug, this info will help the devs.

Yeah I've taken photos on my phone but wasn't able to upload em with my original post, even though it says share image. I suppose I'll have to do a video and try to upload it

Go to the spot area you want to record, and look around, then hit "Home" (the glowy button), then hit "X." That will record the previous 30 seconds of gameplay, and save it to your Xbox profile. You should then be able to link to the clips here.
