Read ToS, you can also get comm band even if you didn’t talk to the. If you get reported enough. Then Xbox will send you a msg to tell you they took action against someone you reported.
It tends to be network manipulation that I report, but people being homophobic also gets the report.

I’ve never reported anyone in my 6+ years on Xbox. Even if their being dicks.

during the modern warfare time they were A LOT of bad annoying people. But I think that the gamers are starting to calm down a bit. There are still obviously the bad apples but not as much. I think the best gaming community out their is the for honor and street fighter community. You can almost say their Canadian.
