They were only rewarded to the first character that completed the campaign. Your other characters can get them randomly from milestone rewards or exotic engrams, including Fated Engrams.

Thanks. It seemed kinda odd that they are the last two remaining exotics for my fated. Didn’t want to waste LS and not be able to get them
