No wonder The Last Hope absolutely slays for everyone else, but I use it and can't even break a shield.

Hahaha they should make a perk called No Hope: hip fire grants laser like precision, at the expense of not being able to hit the broadside of a barn while ADS. Make it roll-able on any weapon type lol.
