Hello, let me see if i can help you. First of all try following the instructions in the Network Troubleshooting Guide. If you still have issues, try the following steps: -Disconnect your ps4 from Network, than connect your ps4 with a new Network, but use your Handy hotspot, from your Phone. -If you dont know how, please google the steps with you phone.. -After your phone is connected to your PlayStation, start destiny 2 and try logging in. -After that try to connect the system back to your home network and start destiny 2 again. If it still not working with your Homenetwork, you have to initialize (hard reset) your Playstation system. If you have to do a hard reset on you ps4.. all data will be deleted, but you can back up data from offline games in the ps + cloud and save clips and images to an external hard drive. Instructions can be found on the internet and here If you have any questions, feel free to ask me here :)

 • yeah do the Advanced Troubleshooting: UPnP, Port Forwarding, and NAT Types. After that a hard reset and if it still not working, which I do not believe, contact your provider with the tips from BNGHelp1.
