Since day one of D2, I've felt like there is something f*cked up about the RNG system. In everything...or at least everything that seems to matter. Milestone powerful engrams, braytech schematics, vendor rank up rewards, etc. It's like the game gets latched onto whatever it gives you first. I've turned in five braytech schematics on my hunter alone. I've gotten four winter wolves and one frigid jackal. Regarding powerful engrams from milestones...I can't turn in the first four of them (crucible, clan xp, flashpoint, heroic strikes), get all helmets, and think that nothing is wrong.

Also lets not forget that players rumored about a bug in D1 already that caused various players to never even have a chance to get certain things like emblems, raid specific runners, ghosts, shaders, ships. Now D2 a new dawn and we get the same crap just now it affects gear? Ridiculous. But i bet bungie wouldnt ever admit any of this anyway, not even as 'mistake of the system' hah

Almost, its not what u got first, its what u already have. I think i have solid evidence for that: the cold heart weapon, in the very beginning this weapon was only available as pre order bonus. Now apparently once i claimed mine, i kept getting cold heart from exotic engramms, like what? Cant be right can it? Also there is a shotgun from season 1 apparently, just that i never ever got it. Xur's engramm was supposed to give guaranteed not owned exo hm? Well i bought countless, got countless dupes and the shotgun is still not in my collection, not to mention all the engramms i opened ofcourse. (Yes i bought xurs engramm with ALL 3 classes and it seems i will never get a hold of that shotgun) im not a shotgun player but the matter fact is depressing
