Annual pass adds 4 content drops that are very similar to the DLC we have, the only difference being they have no story. And let's be honest, dropping a story doesn't justify making something free. So for an additional 30 dollars, you get 4 DLCs. 30 / 4= 7.5 dollars. $7.5 for each DLC. If you don't like it, don't buy it. But don't ask people to work for free. Especially in a capitalist economy. EDIT: Also, 7.5 dollars is 12.5 less than, say, warmind or CoO. So they dropped the story for these and also made them $12.50 less than the DLC we have now.
