yup. Just saying all new exotics from now on should.

Yeah, after the Exotic weapon sandbox tunings, which happened in May ( 8-9 months after D2 came out ) and there are still a few Exotics that lack that 'Wow' factor. From now on, I think all future Exotics should be designed with a certain 'Wow' factor in mind.
