Maybe I’m Dumb, Please Explain
While Cayde 6 is an exo guardian, in the E3 reveal we see his ghost get taken down along with him, would it not be possible to have him rebooted as Cayde-7 similar to Banshee’s numerous reboots?
I mean obviously one could make the argument that his damage sustained would be too great to perform a reboot, but is it in the realm of possibility guardians?
This was one of my first initial thoughts upon seeing the reveal, or is this more of a money thing for scripting Nathan Fillion? I’m all ears on this one

3 RepliesRegardless of what Bungie says, I’m sure it’s a contractual thing with Fillion. That’d be my best guess anyways. Like I keep saying, these “free” fixes come at a cost to something or someone.

2 RepliesThose reboots are not due to deaths. Exo minds need to be rebooted when their minds get too cluttered with past memories. Dead is dead if you have no ghost.
