You misunderstand the problem. It's not that the Destiny series has no lore. It's that the games themselves do a [b]horrible[/b] job with the lore. No in-game codex/library. No cutscenes or playable sequences where you re-live cool lore-related events. No way to read the grimoire in the game itself. You have to visit an external website. Not to mention that D2 just outright disregards many important things that happened in D1. It's bad storytelling no matter how you slice it.
