Alright. I can agree with that. I forgot to ask. Why do you think stem cells are weird?

They can become any other type of cell, and for the ones they can't, they turn into cells that produce those cells. As a human matures, their residual stem cells degrade (as we never truly run out completely); however, the sperm and the egg fuse to create a whole bundle of new, ready to transform stem cells. This is why unviable fetuses and embryos are the best source of stem cells for research.
