No. You can still pledge. Why are you denied Xur? If he should be on a dlc planet, he will be in the tower instead.....

I can only buy 3 of coins from him. I can't buy any of the Exotic items or the Engram. Every time I try to buy one it just tells me to buy the Expansion Pass/Warmind.

But items can’t be bought if they don’t own expansion(s) on that platform.

dlc items/gears wont sell if u aint got the dlc but the acces to xur is for everybody
