I don’t like either for PVE.
PvP the PL is great at range due to the stability.
GL wrecks everything above sub range. Hits like a hand cannon, range of a 150 scout, 3 taps before a scout can 4 tap.

I like the legendary version of the scout rifle then I can put my crimson on with a sins.
