I don't really see how that is fair for solo player's

That's not really fair at all.

That way everyone gets their fair share
I guess someone never learned that life isn't fair. Deal with it, Buttercup.

Edited by A_mo: 5/19/2018 7:49:38 PMNotice how much Sheitbag talks about himself and how strong-willed and powerful and determined he is. It's a feedback forum for feedback dude. Stop using it to fantasize about how you are somehow mentally superior to people who are providing feedback. If its going to call itself a game then its supposed to be fair. Games that aren't fair are not games they are one sided masterbation sessions like the one you are attempting to have right now. Critique the comment not the person, kiddo.
Critique the comment not the person, kiddo.
I did - this much whining in a comment though inevitably requires a critique of the person as well.
Stop using it to fantasize about how you are somehow mentally superior to people who are providing feedback.
Said the person running here to attain their "white knight" status. LMAO.

Edited by A_mo: 5/19/2018 8:19:21 PMFeedback forum. That's almost all I have to say. What I also have to say is that you should say what is wrong with what they are whining about other than the fact that it is whining or all you are doing is whining too.
Feedback forum. That's almost all I have to say.
Still looking in the "feedback" in the OP's post, and yours. All I am seeing is someone complaining, and another with a confirmation bias running to his rescue. I also see the other needs to review what the definition of "whining" is if he thinks that is what I am doing LOL
-
Are YOU -blam!-ing serious about the confirmation bias thing!?! All I'm wondering is why it is that you feel the need to project maybe/maybe-nots about peoples' personalities as if they are "inevitably" true. Oh, and I'm giving you feedback in the feedback forum at this point.

Edited by Prof Sheitbag: 5/20/2018 1:29:24 PMI am not projecting anything - I am looking at the OP's post and seeing someone who wants special treatment even when his team loses. Why? Because he thinks if his KDA is high, and others are not as high, then he should be rewarded even if he loses in a metric of pure team win/loses. The whole point of this challenge is for it to be a challenge, but OP here thinks "Nope, the whole point is me being great so reward me please" under some ridiculous argument of fairness when that is not what he is offering at all. It is laughable. And completely inconsequential as these are 1's and 0's we are talking about. THAT is why his "feedback" is a joke. He is not talking about actual feedback to improve the game - he is talking about Bungie modifying the game to suit his personal desire to get something easier. But please, continue defending his position as though it is altruistic in nature. It is quite entertaining. ;)

Well when you put it like that......... The only thing I was trying to get across is that we shouldn't make character judgements in a videogame forum. The sad thing is that I agree with you about the flawdedededness of the op. Glory rank takes more into account than wins or losses, they just don't tell people that because then that will make people act stupid. It's more than 1's and 0's though. It takes your performance into account but not in the way he wants it to. Like Bungie used to tell us back in the days of Halo 3. Matchmaking is first and foremost about creating matches. If you do well and lose the game eventually gives you a better chance of winning. The game has to create matches while also ranking people and that is what I think he doesn't understand. I will say though that I agree with the op that there should be an individual ranking system, arbitrary as it may be, but it should stand alongside the win/loss system instead of replace it. We have KD, KA/D, Valor, and Glory, why not throw some more ways to define your crucible presence in there? If I had my way we'd have like at least 6 or 7 or so ways to gauge a player. Which btw, Bungie does, they just don't think we can handle it. Also I can tell you went to or are in college because you always put "it is," instead of its or it's. They've brainwashed you.
-
Life isn't fair. But that's outside of anyone's control. Bungie controls the fairness of Destiny and has asked for the community's feedback on these things. This is what a forum is. If you don't like that, I guess YOU have to deal with it, Buttercup.
-
I don't care either way, hence why you don't see me writing an essay complaining about how not "fair" D2 is. Now, who was it that did that? Oh yeah, that is right...
It was YOU, Buttercup.
Edited by WhiteKnight314: 5/14/2018 8:08:53 PMYou cared enough to click, read, and comment. Do you do that on every post? Or just the ones that you're indifferent on? At any rate, I appreciate you bringing more attention to this post. Thanks for your help! Enjoy your evening.

LOL this amount of tears for a rank in a video game is great. Keep it flowing, guys. This is truly amazing.
