They need an exotic for warlocks that let our nova bomb do that much damage

Celestial Nighthawk is only allowed to do so mug damage because it's limited to a single enemy. Nova Bomb at its heart is, well a bomb, and it's meant for large area damage.

As it stands vortex is a pathetic shell of what it was in D1, its blast radius is laughably bad
