The wizard (goddamnit why can’t they just be called witches?!) could be Omigul, or Ir Yut.
Then again that is a stretch :/

We killed her in the exact same terrestrial location, and not in a Hive sword space/throne world. Of she is truly Ascendant then killing her in this world means very little.
