If we’re talking about modern day humans, we can’t. If this post is about humans centuries from today, we could make one and ambush Cthulhu with it.

I hope you know it’s physically impossible to contain the infinite void that sucks everything within miles into it. No matter how advanced humanity gets, we won’t ever be able to create a black hole, and even if we were to, how would we keep it from swallowing the earth? Also, who’s to say Cthulhu would even die to the black hole? He’s an omnipotent being with control over many things. We don’t even know if it’ll work
