I’ve never played enough Voidwalker in D1 to get a feel for the synergies, so I’ll just talk about the Sunsinger perks you discussed.
By bringing back Radiance and the “Fireborn” perk, we would see many warlock’s saving their super till the eventual wipeout of their fireteam. This goes against what Bungie intended for D2, (I believe they said something like this) which was the use of supers more often. It would also be hard in trying to balance as we need to make it work for PvP and PvE. “Flame Shield” would be fun and very useful when compared to “Igniting Touch/Brimstone” but annoying for Bungie to balance as salty people will complain about.
Both Dawnblade ability trees actually feel pretty solid right now, and working the “Fireborn” resurrection perk into a tree would be difficult to manage and balance. If Bungie were to add another ability tree, like how there were three seperate options for modifying a subclass in D1, then maybe we could see resurrection/radiance again but as an alternate ability recharging/support tree.
As for Stormcaller, it is overall great at the moment and doesn’t really need an overhaul. Maybe a tweak or two, but I don’t know.

Voidwalker main in Destiny... Omg the synergy was amazing and incredibly fun and could change your style of play. At first voidwalker was alright in D2 but wow, I feel it lacking now cause the grenades are so weak now overall. I’ve been playing more arc Sith Lord and I do way more damage in pvp... voidwalker was lethal due to its original synergy and dominance in the grenade realm.

As a Sunsinger main, I couldn't care less whether Fireborn is reimplemented, I just want Radiance back.
