Hello,
What mobility are you running? You can see the difference when running 10 mobility.
Also all Classes got the same general speed boost.
The output of every increment of the Mobility stat, from 2 - 10, has been increased allowing for a significant boost in player speed
Ok, i logged in today and it seems that there was definitely a bug yesterday. My Hunter was running much better than yesterday. It was honestly painful S.L.O.W... I decided to run some tests anyway. I picked the bridge going to Sojourner's Camp running in a straight line. Here's the times from the dash. Warlock run 15.35 Titan run 15.07 Hunter run 15.31 Very similar, and not a big deal, but then i thought about the speed boosts added to the Titan and warlock jumps and nothing given to the Hunter. I ran the dash again, this time doing warlock burst/cancel and titan straffe boost/cancel and hunter triple jumps. The findings were disturbing for such a short dash... Warlock run jump 13.62 Titan run jump 13.79 Hunter jump 15.10 Running and jumping gives two classes a definitive advantage especially when seconds matter in PvP. Again, i have no idea how to upload my 6 videos, but anyone can test this. I ran Striker titan, void warlock and gunslinger Hunter in a straight and level line with no gear, weapons or perks to increase speed. Lastly, I did as you said and changed my hunter mobility to a 10 and ran the dash the time was slightly better at 15.02 (almost the same as a titan running 3 mobility). And the jump run at 14.81... I know these numbers don't do much without the videos, but i have little doubt these numbers will be proportional no matter what route you use as long as it's a straight line with no added speed perks or gear. Sorry for the long-winded reply, it does look like the Hunter needs a slight boost to the jump to be comparable and it most likely was a bug for my snail paced Hunter yesterday. It makes me wonder if it's still persisting with other people though.

My normal setup is a 4,6,6 for my Hunter. I noticed it was extremely sluggish so i went with my 10,3,3 setup and raced against a 4,6,8 Warlock and 3,9,5 Titan. The Warlock outpaced all of us, the Titan came second and i was last running with a 10 mobility. The forums are covered with hunters saying the same or similar things. I know mobility increases straffe, but this is kind of dumb. A Titan and Warlock can get between 8-12 stats on mobility, resilience and recovery (obviously not at the same time), but a hunter can only max mobility. So if the other two classes can cross over all stats why can't the Hunter get better resilience or recovery ... Especially now that the the other two classes can outpace or be equal to a hunter. This is either a silent Hunter nerf (backdoor nerf) or a bug. Just trying to figure out which. Some people are saying they don't feel slow, but the threads are full of throttled hunters.

First the max change is 10 for all stats, regardless of how high you make the number for any stat. Running with a different player really doesn't accurately reflect any changes in-game because it could be affected by several factors. Faulty controllers that could not register a full push forward, the player who is hosting the instance connection and other factors. This update was not just for Hunters, it made changes to all classes to improve the playing speed of Destiny 2 along with several other changes to some supers. Your correct about the stats. I thought i got my titan up to 11 last week, but i just checked and it was 10. However, hunters still can't cross over to high stats on anything except mobility while the other two can. I'm going to have to a run course and record it with each of my guardians. I just don't know how to edit and upload videos. This explanation does not account for the many many complaints of slow hunters though. And would not account for my Hunter feeling sluggish and the others faster if it was controller issues or other factors that you mentioned. Thanks for the time, but i hope Bungie looks into to this to see if there's a bug since there are literally hundreds of complaints.

If you capture a video please reply with a link to it here. Thank you.

Like i said I'm not sure how to splice three videos together to show side by side or even continuous video or how to upload it, but I'll look into it.

You can either do that, or have three separate videos run with timers posted in the corners including miliseconds and ensuring the three runners are starting from the same place. This way you do not have to have them run all side by side and can just show the facts with the mobility numbers of each character, and the time it took that same character to run a pre-determined distance which is constant across the board.
